The Ringing of the Bell ceremony welcoming Pharmacare Finance plc to the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE) Prospects MTF was held at the Exchange on the 12 December 2018.

MSE CEO Mr Simon Zammit was delighted to welcome Pharmacare Finance plc to the list of Prospects MTF issuers and wished them every success in their pharmacological ventures. Pharmacare Finance plc Chairman Mr Bassim Khoury expressed his satisfaction at the success of the Issue and said that he and his team are very pleased to have made their first Admission on the Maltese Capital Market. He thanked all those present particularly the Corporate Advisors,Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Ltd and the MSE Prospects Committee who worked together for the successful Admission of the €5 million Pharmacare Finance plc 5.75% Unsecured Bonds to Prospects MTF.
